From first scan to informed choices

Understand your ARPG companion scan costs before playing

A fast ARPG session can make repeated actions feel inexpensive or automatic. Review the companion controls separately so that you know which actions can consume cTokens.

Read the settings, not the pace of combat

Check whether Trial Mode is enabled and read the selected cToken amount for paid scanning. Do not infer the mode from how long the game has been running or from whether the last scan found an item.

Review pet settings as well as manual scanning. If you are troubleshooting or learning a new game scene, trial mode is the appropriate place to understand capture behaviour. Changing capture size or hotkeys does not itself establish a paid reward outcome.

Do not turn a previous result into a promise

Companion rewards vary. A rare item on a previous run, another player's community alert or a displayed listing price does not establish what your next scan will deliver. Paid scans consume cTokens and do not guarantee a return on spending.

Keep the game's own drops separate from companion results. Your ARPG can produce an excellent in-game item while the companion finds no eligible target, and the reverse does not change the game's normal drop rules.

Pause when a charge is unclear

A fulfillment error after payment should be checked as a specific transaction. Review companion inventory, delivery email and history before retrying; an external reward may require reconciliation rather than a second purchase attempt.

Save the time, account ID and any scan reference for support. Do not post login tokens or private payment information. Continuing to pay while an earlier charge is unresolved makes the record harder to follow and is not a reliable way to recover that result.
