From first scan to informed choices

Check a gift code's region and platform before choosing it

A familiar product name is not enough to establish that you can redeem its code. Region, platform and product type are separate checks, particularly when a title has several editions or listings.

Begin with your redemption account

Choose the platform you actually use and a region compatible with the account where you intend to redeem. A regional name in a description is not the same as an activation permission. Read the product's actual region and platform information.

Region-free listings are the safer default when you have not chosen a regional market, but still check the specific product's restrictions. Do not assume that every edition of a game shares the same activation rules or that a platform logo makes all regional versions equivalent.

Cross-check the product in Gift Forge

Use the Gift Forge website to search the title and apply the relevant platform and region filters. Scanner discovery shares that catalogue search; additional scan budget, stock and opt-in rules determine which results are eligible for a drop.

Distinguish a full game from a gift card, DLC, account listing or another product type. A matching title alone does not make these interchangeable. In scanner settings, enable only the categories you understand and review duplicate-avoidance preferences for each category.

Check delivery before retrying

Enter a delivery email you can access before enabling gift-code drops. When a result indicates a code delivery, check that address and the corresponding order information rather than expecting a new MMORPG or ARPG item inside the game.

If fulfillment reports an error or remains uncertain, keep the scan time and reference for support. Do not assume the absence of an immediate email proves no order was placed. A second paid scan is not a substitute for checking the first transaction.
